Jeffrey Belk is principal of ICT168 Capital, a newly formed entity focused on developing and guiding global growth opportunities in the information technology space.
Previously, Jeffrey Belk served as senior vice president of strategy and market development for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, he was responsible for the formulation of company- and industry-wide programs designed to enhance Qualcomm's partnerships in the wireless industry and beyond, and drive the adoption of the Company's products and technical innovations. Additionally, Mr. Belk served as senior vice president of marketing, managing Qualcomm's global marketing effort.
During his tenure, Jeffrey Belk held senior executive positions spanning business development, product marketing and corporate marketing and communications. In 1995 he was named to lead Qualcomm Consumer Products' marketing team responsible for initiating Qualcomm's global branding and marketing campaigns for the wireless industry's first CDMA digital handsets. In 1998, his role expanded to include overall responsibility for corporate marketing and communications as vice president of marketing. Additionally, in 1999-2000, Mr. Belk served as senior vice president and general manager of Qualcomm Eudora Products.

Bryan Biniak is vice president, Global Head of Ovi Publish at Nokia, responsible for building and managing a global content publishing business for Nokia devices and the OVI Store through organic growth, partnerships and M&A.
Previously, Mr. Biniak was founder and CEO of Jacked, Inc., which was acquired by Roundbox in 2010. In this role, he was responsible for the development of a multi-patent platform that contextually fuses broadcast television with real-time search, providing a synchronous second screen of interactive media, data, applications, and advertising.
Prior to founding Jacked, Mr. Biniak served as senior vice president and general manager of Interactive at American Greetings Corporation where he launched a mobile business that developed, distributed and marketed cross-platform personalization, entertainment, information, and messaging products for mobile devices and PCs. He served as COO and executive vice president of Moviso at Vivendi Universal. In 2001, he served as COO of Premium Wireless, the first service provider who developed and operated a mobile content platform in North America. Mr. Biniak was founder and CEO of China-based MusicZone, a company that packaged digital music media services with connectivity services and devices in Greater China. He was founding member and vice president of Business Development of Harmonix Music Systems, the critically acclaimed game developer that was sold to Viacom/MTV Networks in 2006.
Mr. Biniak holds a BA in International Business & Economics from Boston University. He currently serves as a member of the CTIA WIC Leadership Council.

David Hose has worked in both an entrepreneurial and general management capacity with numerous wireless companies and is currently Chairman of Ideas & Plans where he works with early- and late-stage firms in the mobile industry.
Mr. Hose's experience spans over 25 years having focused in the areas of software and service development. From 2002 to 2004, David Hose held positions at Openwave Systems, including chief development officer and SVP/GM of the Client Software Business. He was previously founder and CEO of Signalsoft, a pioneer in the development of location-based services for mobile phones. He guided Signalsoft through its venture funding, subsequent IPO and acquisition by Openwave. Prior to SignalSoft, Mr. Hose started J&D Software, a C++ development tools business he sold to Rogue Wave Software, and started software projects that are now part of companies like Motorola, EDS, and Intrado. He currently serves on the boards of Bridgeport Networks, Buzzwire, JumpTap, and Useful Networks.

Perry LaForge is founder, executive director and chairman of the CDMA Development Group (CDG). With over 24 years in the telecommunications industry, he is an acknowledged industry expert in assessing the challenges of today's mobile communications, evangelizing new technologies globally across the mobile ecosystem and understanding the intricacies of interoperability.
Mr. LaForge is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded both inOvate Communications Group, which capitalizes promising companies in the telecommunications industry and inCode Telecom Group (sold to Verisign), a wireless systems integration company. Additionally, he was vice president and partner of the international management-consulting firm, Pittiglio Rabin Todd and McGrath.

Mr. McGinn is a general partner at RRE Ventures and brings a 30-year career in the global communication systems, networking and technology industries to the firm. He is a member of the Business Council, and Director of the American Express Company and the Mountain Top Foundation. He is the former chairman and chief executive of Lucent Technologies. While at Lucent, Mr. McGinn oversaw and directed engineering, research and investments of more than $4 billion annually at Bell Labs, Lucent's research and development arm.
At Lucent, Mr. McGinn was involved in the acquisition of over 30 technology companies. He conceived of and led the investment by AT&T in Sun Microsystems in 1987 and continued to build and acquire technology companies, including the acquisition of Ascend Communications. In addition, he devised and guided the creation of Agere Systems, a leading supplier of semiconductors and optoelectronic components for the communications industry, which went public in 2001.
Previously, while president and chief executive officer of AT&T's Network Systems Group and President of AT&T Computer Systems, he was responsible for the strategy to accelerate growth and globalization of AT&T Network Systems, as well as responsible for R&D and systems engineering. He also served as president of AT&T's Data Systems Group with responsibility for strategy and business development.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology and communications industry, Mike Mulica has pioneered many new global markets resulting in the formation of several multi-billion dollar technology segments. In 2007, the World Economic Forum named him a Technology Pioneer.
Mr Mulica currently serves as President and CEO, of OpenWave Systems (OPWV).
Since late 2007, Mr. Mulica was president and chief executive officer of FusionOne, Inc. Previously, he served as president and chief executive officer of Bridgeport Networks, a leader in Mobile-to-Voice over IP, (acquired in 2007: CCV: CN). Before Bridgeport Networks, Mr. Mulica was Senior Vice President at Phone.com (PHCM), the pioneer of the Mobile Internet. Phone.com was one of the fastest growing software companies in history reaching a $30 billion market capitalization at its peak. While at Phone.com, he led many acquisitions including the $9 billion acquisition of Software.com resulting in the formation of Openwave Systems (OPWV).
Mr. Mulica has also served as president of global sales and marketing for California Microwave (CMIC) where he reorganized the company and repositioned it into the wireless broadband market segment, relaunching the company as Adaptive Broadband (ADAP). This repositioning resulted in an increase in the market capitalization from $500 million to $4 billion. He also held positions as vice president of worldwide sales for Motorola's Wireless Alliance Group (MOT) and at Tandem Computers (TDM) and Data General (DGN).

Jonathan Rosenberg is currently chief technology strategist for Skype, responsible for Skype's overall architecture and technology strategy. Previously he was a Cisco fellow in the Voice Technology Group at Cisco Systems, where he set technology strategies for their business voice systems. He is the co-author of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), RFC 3261, and inventor of SIMPLE - SIP for presence and IM. Mr. Rosenberg has also authored numerous protocols such as STUN, TURN, and XCAP. Additionally, he served on the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) from 2004 to 2006 and is the chair of the IP telephony working group as well as having co-chaired the SIP working group. He has authored over 30 patents and publications, 45 Internet RFCs, and numerous Internet Drafts in the area of multimedia communications over packet networks. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Rosenberg was CTO of dynamicsoft, a New Jersey company.
Jonathan Rosenberg was awarded the Pulver VoN Pioneer award in June of 2000 for his contributions to the VoIP industry. In May 2002, Technology Review Magazine named him as one of the TR100 - the 100 most innovative technologists in the world under the age of 35. In October 2005, CRN Magazine named him as one of their "Super Geeks" - 10 engineers who are casting larger-than-life shadows over the industry. TMC Internet Telephony magazine recently named Mr. Rosenberg as one of the Top 100 Voices of IP communications.

Since 1983, he has served his clients and the industry as an analyst, consultant, commentator and author, as well as an active participant in industry trade organizations. Mr. Seybold has and does serve on a number of advisory boards including Motorola's prestigious Visionary Research Council. He is widely known throughout the wireless communications industry for his keen perspective as well as his track record for accurately predicting trends in mobile wireless technology and convergence. Mr. Seybold is a frequent speaker at leading industry events such as CES and CTIA Wireless, and at corporate events for Fortune 1000 companies. He has a keen sense of what customers want, need and are willing to pay for. He was elected a Fellow in the Radio Club of America (2000) for his contributions to the wireless data industry.
