Jeffrey Belk is principal of ICT168 Capital, a newly formed entity focused on developing and guiding global growth opportunities in the information technology space.
Previously, Jeffrey Belk served as senior vice president of strategy and market development for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, he was responsible for the formulation of company- and industry-wide programs designed to enhance Qualcomm's partnerships in the wireless industry and beyond, and drive the adoption of the Company's products and technical innovations. Additionally, Belk served as senior vice president of marketing, managing Qualcomm's global marketing effort.
During his tenure, Belk held senior executive positions spanning
business development, product marketing and corporate marketing and
communications. In 1995 he was named to lead Qualcomm Consumer Products'
marketing team responsible for initiating Qualcomm's global branding and
marketing campaigns for the wireless industry's first CDMA digital handsets. In
1998, his role expanded to include overall responsibility for corporate
marketing and communications as vice president of marketing. Additionally, in
1999-2000, Belk served as senior vice president and general manager of Qualcomm
Eudora Products.
