With a proven track record managing the lifecycle of mobile companies, Mr. Grygier leads the Company's general and administrative functions.
Career
Mr. Grygier is a CPA who brings 15 years experience in mobile and high technology, including contributing to the successful building and sale of two mobile companies. His broad experience spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, due diligence, financial operations, tax, planning, reporting, audits, customer contracts, business development, and corporate governance.
Before joining Roundbox, Mr. Grygier was CFO with Snac, Inc., a mobile software start-up based in NYC. Prior to Snac, he was CFO of Global Locate, Inc. from its inception through multiple funding rounds leading to its sale to Broadcom in 2007. Mr. Grygier previously held various management roles as part of the team that built and sold Omnipoint Corporation to Voicestream wireless, now known as T-Mobile.
