world leader in video guidance, to create a best-in-market Electronic Service
Guide (ESG) with worldwide commercial availability. This integrated offering
leverages Rovi’s portfolio of over 300 patents spanning the cable, satellite,
Internet and mobile industries. The combination of Roundbox's award-winning
software and Rovi's user interface design, data assets, and intellectual
property portfolio, provides an important value proposition to mobile operators
and manufacturers who provide video services to their subscribers. Together we
have developed the industry's premier ESG, which encompasses the most critical
elements of consumer video guidance.

Network functions are managed by the Roundbox Server, which handles aggregation of programming

existing user interface.

The Roundbox Electronic Service Guide - Basic provides users TV listings for satellite, cable, IPTV and mobile.
In addition, it provides features such as favorites, hot picks, SMS reminders,
and interactivity plus the ability to accommodate unique branding and graphics. The ESG
supports a wide range of devices including iPhone, Android, WAP, Java, BlackBerry, Palm and
